Sweep is best known for being Sooty’s cute and lovable friend, sidekick and partner in crime since the mid-1950s.
He’s appeared with Sooty, and latterly Soo, on The Sooty Show for both the BBC and ITV, as well as appearing in numerous stage shows over the years.
He loves sausages and bones, and making a (little) bit of mischief, ably assisted by Brian Sandford, who’s been helping him since the mid-90s.
